ホテルで働くベテラン従業員・涼子はその美しい容姿と三か国語を巧みに操る知性がもっとも活きるホテルの華というべきフロント係に配属され忙しい毎日を過ごしていた。そんなある日、フロントにお客様から「ベッドのシーツが汚れてるんだけど、これ本当に掃除してるのか？」という一本のクレーム電話が掛ってきた。急いで部屋に駆けつけてみると手違いで部屋は掃除されておらず汚れたままだった。なんとかしようとする涼子はベットメーキングをみずからしようと試みるが…。
