Suspect had been observed stealing receipts from trashcans, taking the merchandise from the store, then getting cash in return. Store owner did not want to reconcile the damages. Luckily, suspect reached the age cutoff to be prosecuted. Suspect was also cooperative with LP officer and banned from a 500ft perimeter of the store. Evidence logged on Jan 11, 2017.

No items were found inside room either. LP officer was alerted. After being thoroughly examined, all items were recovered and suspect was given two options. Be taken to jail or assist LP officer with the store satisfaction survey. This was administered physically and suspect was released on their own recognizance. Evidence logged June 21, 2017.
